Well I'm one of those that just don't get it[?] I spent half-a-day is the Spa Pools at Hanmer Springs. Testing most of the various pools from 25°C through to 40°C, and I ended the day with a stiff left shoulder, followed-up with a nausea sensation and the initial symptoms of flu.
As I say .. I just don’t get it .. nor want or need it again neither .. :o(
